Other symptoms include not sleeping well, not being able to be emotionally present, or not being able to ‘turn your mind off.

CranioSacral uses a gentle, healing touch that helps by supporting the nervous system so it can self-regulate. Many people report experiencing a stronger sense of calm, well-being, and enhanced self-worth.

Your body has an innate ability to heal itself.  If your skin is lacerated, your body will start the self-correcting process to close the skin.  When you become ill or injured, the activation of your immune and inflammatory responses is another example of this.

CranioSacral Therapy involves facilitating/enhancing your body’s own natural healing ability with its gentle and calming techniques.  It releases blockages and restriction patterns leaving you feeling more focused, relaxed, and grounded.
